Where do the tutoring sessions take place?

For your convenience our tutors will travel to your home, or at your request, another more convenient location can be arranged.

How Long are tutoring sessions?

Tutoring sessions are at minimum one hour. Sessions are generally 1-2 hours long and multiple meetings can be scheduled within the same week.

What locations do you tutor in?

We offer tutoring services in the whole New York City Area as well as NY Metro area such as Long Island and Westchester. Don't hesitate to check with us for specifics.

What are your tutorial rates?

Hourly rates can vary depending on the grade and subject, and can be reduced if multiple sessions are pre-paid in advance. Check out our pricing on the pricing tab of the website.

If I'm unhappy with my tutor from Big City Tutoring, what do I do?

Our staff works very hard to ensure you're match with the appropriate tutor, although if you're unhappy with your tutor we can find you another tutor that will be a better fit for your learning style. We have an assortment of tutors with diverse backgrounds who have worked with students with a wide variety of learning styles.
